All our front & back door sets include a door threshold and rain deflector as standard. These are available in gold or chrome effect to compliment the rest of the hardware.  The threshold conforms to Part M of the Building Regulations and is of a double seal design for extra protection. All door sets also include adjustable hinges (+/- 3mm height as well as +/- 3mm side adjustments) that provide height and sideways adjustment for final door alignment once installation is complete.

(MPL) Multi-Point Lock Option

The MPL lock option consists of a 5-point high security lock designed to meet the requirements of PAS23 and PAS24.  The MPL is fitted into the door and comes with a set of handles and cylinder lock to compliment your choice of hardware.

(NLDB) Night Latch and Dead Bolt Option

The NLDB lock option consists of the more traditional double locking Night Latch coupled with a British Standard (BS) 5 lever dead bolt.  This option is available in Gold or Chrome effect. Doors fitted with this type of lock system do not require any handles.

Sash Lock Option

The traditional high security sash lock combines a deadbolt and mortice latch into a single lock. The sash lock is also manufactured to BS 3621 2007 and is completed with a set of handles in either gold or chrome effect finish.

Letterbox Option

All door sets (except the Beaumont stable door) can be fitted with an optional letter box in Gold or Chrome effect. We offer this service at no extra charge.  The letter plate will always be fitted to the mid rail of the door unless there is no mid rail and the letter box can only be fitted in the bottom rail.
